In order to ease the hardship being faced by the Alumni and other stakeholders in the payment for collection of Certificates and Transcripts, the Management has approved the commencement of online payment for these services.
Also in line with the approval contained in the Year 2021 Appropriation Act, the following rate has been approved with effect from 1 February, 2021.
Collection of Certificate:
Collection of Transcript
Payment can be made through the use of any Debit/A TM Card by using the following steps:
Click on “PAYMENT” from the menu;
Select the payment type, i.e. Certificate or Transcript;
Fill the required information;
Proceed to payment;
Print Payment Confirmation Slip.
Present copies of the printed Payment Conirmation slip at the Bursary Department for collection of official receipt and thereater proceed to the appropriate Unit for the collection of Certificate or Transcript.
